TPS Group Holdings, a family of brands including The Paper Store, Uncharted, and Gifts & More, seeks an Assistant Buyer for Toys, Baby & Kids. You will help build assortments, track trends, and support vendor relationships while learning the ropes of category management.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in buying or merchandising, a Business/retail degree preferred, and strong Excel skills. The position is based in Acton, MA, and involves 4 days per week onsite with cross-functional teamwork

Competenze

• 2+ years buying, merchandising, or category management experience in retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data analysis.

Mansioni

• Support trend discovery and product flow.
• Assist in vendor meetings, trade shows, and product reviews.
• Manage PO entries, updates, and follow-ups.
• Monitor order status, shipping costs, and discrepancies.
• Execute allocations and replenishment for store inventory.
• Analyze sales, markdowns, and inventory to inform decisions.
