Bealls Inc. is seeking an entry-level Merchandise Assistant to support Buyers with data entry, PO creation, and vendor liaison. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with daily data entry related to orders, pricing, and marketing.

Occasional travel to local Bealls Stores may be involved. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and prior retail or administrative experience.

Qualifikationen

• Critical accuracy with data entry related to purchase orders, items, pricing, and marketing.
• Daily creation of purchase orders.
• Liaison support with marketing/ecommerce, compliance, logistics, GMM, and DMM.

Aufgaben

• Maintain general office organization, filing, and supplies.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and Teams with internal and external partners.
• Input data for marketing tracking to support weekly ads.
• Direct communication with outside vendors.
