Overview

Merchandise and Stocking Associate at Sam's Club. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr.

What you'll do

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolve member issues and promote products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation up to standard by zoning the area, stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Monitor product quality, ensure proper product rotation, and display promotional and seasonal merchandise prominently.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics; uphold Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies and resources; communicate progress; adapt to change and feedback.
• Assist with picking and staging club pick up orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed where applicable.
