What you'll do
Join to apply for the Merchandise and Stocking Associate role. You will help members find items, keep shelves neat, move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick-up orders, and assist members on the sales floor. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding at times, including lifting and stocking tasks.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation organized by zoning, stocking, setting up displays, pricing, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Monitor product quality with proper rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensure visible promotional and seasonal displays.
- Adhere to company policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with managers and colleagues, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.
- Assist with club pick-up orders throughout the day and stage items according to policy.
