Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Florida seeks a Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor to lead, train, and supervise daily merchandise operations including processing, placement, maintenance, fulfillment and store support.

Under the Assistant General Manager of Operations, you will ensure accurate inventory, KPI-driven profitability, and seamless omni-channel fulfillment while maintaining high visual and service standards.

• Ability to coach and train staff, schedule, and solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise merchandise team, coach, train, schedule and problem solve.
• Oversee inbound processing, floor placement, transfers and price changes.
• Maintain standards in placement, presentation and inventory accuracy.
• Drive profitability by executing MOA KPIs and supporting omni-channel fulfillment.
• Ensure back-of-house remains organized to support selling.
