Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama is offering an internship focused on process improvement and manufacturing analysis. You will study processes, assist with optimization projects, and participate in digitalization initiatives on the shop floor.

The role requires a university student or gap-year candidate with at least 3 semesters in a related field, available for 6 months, and eligibility for visa coverage. Housing stipend provided.

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Assist with development of presentations, reports, and workshop materials
• Participate in shopfloor observations and process improvement activities
• Support the rollout, user adoption, and stabilization of digital tools within manufacturing processes

Qualifikationen

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
