Qualifications

• Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician or dealership experience preferred.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience, ideally with luxury/high‑performance vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electronic systems, engines, and mechanical components.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dedication to delivering top‑tier customer service and quality repair work.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Utilize factory‑approved diagnostic tools to identify and address vehicle issues effectively.
• Conduct inspections and identify vehicle malfunctions, keeping detailed records of all work performed.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and participate in manufacturer‑provided training.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and maintain dealership standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and uphold the highest level of workmanship in all repairs.
