Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar automotive technician role.
• Mercedes-Benz service or repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of luxury vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and follow established processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Perform all work in accordance with repair orders, dealership procedures, and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs and promptly communicate findings.
• Document completed work and recommendations clearly on each repair order.
• Coordinate with the parts department and manage parts for warranty claims or requests.
• Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the designated test technician.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any appearance changes.
• Follow safety, waste disposal, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in manufacturer training and support others during high-volume periods.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Perform all work in accordance with repair orders, dealership procedures, and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs and promptly communicate findings to the service advisor.
• Document completed work and recommendations clearly on each repair order.
• Coordinate with the parts department and save or tag parts for warranty claims or customer requests.
• Road‑test vehicles when required or refer them to the designated test technician.
• Protect vehicle cleanliness and report any change in appearance or condition immediately.
• Follow all safety, hazardous‑waste disposal, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in manufacturer‑sponsored training and support other technicians during high‑volume periods or when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar automotive technician role.
• Mercedes‑Benz service or repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, including luxury vehicles.
• Ability to produce high‑quality work efficiently and follow established processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and a first‑time‑fix approach.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information concisely.
• Positive, honest, self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented work style.
• Commitment to workshop safety and willingness to assist other technicians.

$38 - $50 an hour

Flat rate depending on Mercedes‑Benz experience.
