Role Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set-up and break down bar with liquor, serving ware, etc. according to event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar.
• Serve beverages in a responsible manner according to Wisconsin state liquor laws and rules set in place by Mercantile Hall.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and fulfill drink requests accordingly.
• In some cases, receive payment from guests and process/make change accordingly.
