Job summary

Erland Construction is seeking an MEPFP Systems Estimator to prepare estimates for MEPFP trades and coordinate with architects, clients, and the estimating team on projects from design through execution.

The role requires 4–8 years in commercial mechanical estimating, strong HVAC knowledge, and proficiency with Takeoff and Excel. On-site site visits may be needed as part of estimating, with a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Construction fields.
• 4–8 years of commercial mechanical estimating experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems and related trades is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-bid plan review for MEPFP scopes across project types.
• Complete itemized quantity take-off and pricing for M, E, P & FP trades.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and assist in proposal assembly.
