Erland Construction is seeking a MEPFP Systems Estimator to prepare estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection trades, collaborating with the estimating team, architects, and clients across all design phases.
The role requires a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background with 4–8 years of commercial estimating experience. Proficiency in HVAC knowledge and Takeoff software is expected.
The MEPFP Systems Estimator will prepare estimates for MEPFP trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection), working with the estimating team, architects, and clients to ensure accuracy and budget alignment. They will work on projects at all phases of design across all sectors of the business.
The anticipated base salary for the MEPFP is $120,000 - $160,000.Please note that base pay is only one part of Erland’s total compensation package. Your actual salary will be determined by your unique skills, experience, education, and specific qualifications.
