• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM workflows (ACC/BIM 360), Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce complex technical drawings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in an architectural or engineering environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Work Environment: This is an on-site / hybrid role based at our Little Rock office. Remote-only applicants will not be considered. Strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to the Little Rock / Central Arkansas area. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install/repair computer equipment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
