Job summary

Howard Community College is seeking an MEP Supervisor to oversee routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Qualifications

• CFC certification required.
• High School or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, plan, program, and implement the preventative maintenance MEP program for campus facilities.
• Schedule and assign work orders to staff using the work order calendar.
• Perform routine daily inspections and maintenance of equipment assigned.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and maintenance specifications related to electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and repair a wide variety of mechanical and control systems and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist other maintenance personnel in completing their work as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies and participate in on‑call duties.
• Conduct performance evaluations of assigned staff.
