Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Senior MEP Systems Manager to drive the full MEP program on a complex project. You will lead coordination, submittal reviews, procurement, and commissioning across Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and Controls, ensuring alignment with project goals.

You will guide field teams on site, manage schedules, and champion safety, diversity, and excellence in execution on active job sites. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related OR 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades; GC experience preferred
• Experience leading teams in MEP design review, drawing supervision, submittal review, on-site inspections, and commissioning
• Experience on large-scale construction with MEP trade focus to align teams toward results

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance, and functionality
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals
• Guide and monitor MEP coordination and installation on site
• Manage MEP trade submittals and procurement documentation
• Develop and maintain MEP schedule with field supervision
• Review field installation and oversee testing and commissioning
• Review and advise on MEP requisitions and changes
• Recruit and develop industry talent and foster inclusion and safety
• Identify and build relationships to win right work
