Job summary

Qualifications

5–10 years of construction or related experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Manage daily on-site MEP construction activities to ensure safety, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and utilities for smooth project operations.
Lead preconstruction meetings, owner updates, and project commissioning activities.
Review and approve subcontractor and supplier scopes of work.
