Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience.
• Supervisory experience as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule and maintains status reports.
• Oversees field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work.
• Reviews project status with the Project Manager and client representatives; coordinates with multiple superintendents on large projects.
• Ensures adherence to safety standards on site.
• Directs subcontractor activities within ground-up construction projects.
• Analyzes manpower, materials, and equipment needs and interfaces with supervising personnel.
