Jobot, a top mechanical construction firm in the Northeast, is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee trades on construction projects and drive schedules. You will lead field teams, manage risks, and coordinate with engineers, superintendents, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include ensuring installations meet codes, interpreting MEP drawings, implementing quality controls, and mentoring junior staff to uphold safety and performance standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
