Qualifications

• 5+ years as an MEP Superintendent on hyperscale or mission-critical data centers.
• Proven hands-on experience with liquid cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems.
• Experience managing fast-track projects and multiple MEP trades.
• Solid understanding of QA/QC, commissioning, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite MEP coordination and field supervision.
• Oversee installation and integration of MEP and liquid cooling systems.
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and coordination meetings.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to support large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects, with a strong focus on liquid cooling systems. This is a hands-on, site-based role (With multiple US locations) overseeing daily MEP field activities and coordinating closely with contractors and trades to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years as an MEP Superintendent on hyperscale or mission-critical data centers
• Proven hands-on experience with liquid cooling systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems
• Experience managing fast-track projects and multiple MEP trades
• Solid understanding of QA/QC, commissioning, and field coordination
• OSHA 30 certification required
