Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for contract work. You will lead onsite construction activities for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Industrial projects, oversee subcontractors, trades, and field personnel, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires 8+ years of supervisory experience on large-scale projects (>$50M), strong scheduling and cost-control knowledge, and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Superintendent or construction supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $50M+ preferred.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, commissioning, and field operations.
• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

• Coordinate with project management, engineering, quality control, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
• Monitor productivity, project progress, and workforce performance.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs.
