HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to coordinate startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems on complex projects. The role requires aligning with contract documents and project schedule, and collaborating with subcontractors and design teams.
The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in construction/engineering or business or equivalent work experience, 4 years in MEP construction, and 3 years in mission critical/hospital/MEP startup.

The MEP Superintendent’s role is to coordinate and manage all activities related to the construction startup and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and control systems in accordance with the contract documents and project schedule.
In Accordance With New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL), Local Law 32, The Base Salary Range For This Position Is $108,900.00 - $165,770.00
