Job summary

HITT Contracting in Falls Church, VA is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to coordinate and manage startup, commissioning, and ongoing MEP activities on critical projects.

The role requires a four-year degree preferred in construction/engineering or related experience, 4 years in mechanical or electrical systems, and 3 years in mission critical or hospital projects, plus strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree strongly preferred in construction, engineering or business.
• Four years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical System Construction.
• Three years in Mission Critical Construction, Hospital Construction, MEP Project Management, or Mechanical and Electrical System Start-up and Commissioning

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MEP startup and commissioning activities.
• Develop MEP critical path schedule and track critical path construction.
• Review mechanical and electrical submittals and coordinate with subcontractors and design team.
• Organize project meetings for critical MEP activities and build client relations.
