Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team for field/project-based work nationwide, with travel to project sites as required. The role supports the MEP Project Manager in subcontracts, scopes, schedules, and cost controls.

Qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience, industrial sector familiarity, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in reading drawings and MS Project is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 10+ years construction exp. preferred.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sectors desired.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings, reports, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; scheduling tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for MEP review and approval.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start to completion.
• Review drawings (P&IDs, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural) and maintain current set.
• Support in pricing work, changes, and change orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance on site.
• Prepare progress, cost, and schedule reports for management.
