Job summary

AMPAM MEP seeks a Service Operations Manager to unite field supervisors, PMs, and operations across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing service divisions. The role emphasizes field leadership, on-site support, and standardized practices on ServiceTitan.

You will drive project delivery, maintenance retention, and gross margins across LA, OC, and SD markets. Reporting to the VP of Service, you’ll manage multi-site teams, own P&L, and push for cross-trade integration while maintaining customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-service teams in multi-trade environments.
• Proven ability to manage P&L for a service business.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally to LA/OC/SD markets; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across MEP service divisions.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain margins.
• Grow maintenance revenue and optimize service scheduling.
• Lead field supervisors, PMs, and technicians on-site.
• Collaborate with Sales to capture retrofit opportunities.
