Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience on $50M+ healthcare/commercial projects.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP on-site; ensure safety, financial performance and team development.
• Develop project controls, cost tracking, and quarterly forecasts.
• Coordinate with Director, Estimating, and Superintendent on contracts and logistics.
