Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking an Elevator Outside Sales Representative. The role starts hybrid for training and then moves to fully remote, based in Marietta, GA. Base plus commission is offered, with no relocation provided.

You will prospect, close new business, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting revenue goals. Ideal candidates will manage the full sales cycle, update CRM, and collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business
• Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals
• Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals
• Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies

This is an Elevator Outside Sales Job Opportunity!
