Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of building design and construction.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals, etc.).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious construction and project management focused.
• Experience leading project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Onsite requirement (4-5 days/week, may vary).
• Act as an owner's representative to explain complex issues and advise on project matters.
• Assist the owner in making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Lead high-visibility projects.
