Qualifications

• Minimum six years construction management experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
• Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for complex projects.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects.
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections.
• Direct and manage the commissioning process.
