A leading infrastructure services company is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the day-to-day management of MEP installations on commercial projects. With a salary range of $130,000–$140,000, the ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of field experience in construction and a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Qualifications
7–10 years of field experience in construction with 3–5 years in MEP supervision.
Technical expertise in electrical systems, chilled water systems, HVAC, and controls.
Hands-on knowledge of data centers or mission-critical environments preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day on-site management of MEP installations on complex commercial projects.
Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field crews to ensure project milestones are met.
Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
Oversee installation of key systems including electrical distribution and plumbing.
