Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd in Richmond, Virginia seeks an MEP Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to support major commercial and industrial construction projects. The role offers growth potential within a growing firm and a strong project pipeline.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years of commercial/industrial PM experience and MEP construction knowledge, with emphasis on project financials and procurement. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial or industrial project management experience.
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical construction expertise.
• Experience on MEP projects or scopes valued at $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, labor and procurement.
• Proven leadership and client-management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support major commercial and industrial construction projects as part of the project team.
• Demonstrate leadership and client-management skills to manage project scope, schedule and budget.
