Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Direct MEP or mechanical contracting background strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with $20M–$50M+ mechanical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution on large-scale projects.
• Budget, schedule, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.
• Coordination with owners, GCs, engineers, and commissioning teams.
