I’m currently partnered with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the nation with an outstanding reputation for executing complex, full-scope MEP projects in mission-critical and healthcare environments.

We’re hiring two experienced Project Managers to own multi-million-dollar MEP scopes (up to $50M+ each):

🔹 Data Center Project Manager – St. Louis Metro Area Full mechanical scope leadership on hyperscale and enterprise data center builds/expansions.

🔹 Healthcare Project Manager – Arkansas End-to-end MEP delivery for major hospital, medical office, and healthcare facility projects.

What You’ll Own (Full MEP Scope)

• Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution on large-scale projects
• Process piping, medical gas, underground utilities, and specialty systems
• Budget, schedule, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout
• Strict adherence to quality, safety, and industry-specific standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, HIPAA, Uptime, etc.)
• Coordination with owners, GCs, engineers, and commissioning teams
• Travel as required (fully covered) | Site-based or regional with strong living support.
• Relocation assistance (available for Arkansas role)

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Direct MEP or mechanical contracting background strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience with $20M–$50M+ mechanical scopes
• Data center and/or healthcare construction experience is highly desired
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, controls, and critical systems
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
