Job summary

Harper Fox Partners seeks a Project Manager to oversee MEP design projects across business, retail, housing, education, and entertainment sectors. You’ll guide projects from concept through completion, coordinating design direction, client communication, and internal teams while keeping budgets and schedules on track.

Headquartered in Kansas City, you’ll mentor junior staff and contribute to high-quality deliverables. Flexible hybrid or fully remote work is available across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEP experience (previous as an engineer).
• 3+ years in a project management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or related industry.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion, managing design direction, client communication, and internal coordination.
• Ensure budgets and timelines are on track and mentor junior team members.

They’re now looking to bring on a Project Manager to oversee a variety of dynamic MEP design projects across the business, retail, housing, education, and entertainment industries.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from concept through completion - managing design direction, client communication, and internal coordination while ensuring budgets and timelines are on track. You’ll mentor junior team members and be a key player in delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of MEP experience (previous as an engineer)
