The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. This role oversees MEP project planning, coordination, and execution from concept through construction, ensuring designs align with client requirements, budgets, and schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, reviewing and coordinating MEP drawings, leading design reviews, and communicating with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams. The MEP Project Manager will review submittals, track project costs, support value engineering efforts, and address field issues in collaboration with stakeholders. The role also includes maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, and mentoring junior team members as needed.
