Job summary

The LiRo Group is seeking an MEP Project Manager in Boston, MA to lead engineering projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources.

Candidates should have a BS in Engineering or Construction Management, 4–8 years of PM experience in consulting or construction, and preferably a PE or PMP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 4–8 years in consulting engineering or construction project management.
  • PE license or PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.
  • Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.
  • Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines.

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment

- Compensation: Minimum: $100,000 - Maximum: $130,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on the individual candidate's qualifications and location.

- The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
