Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical construction projects on Maui, Hawaii. The role covers preconstruction through closeout, with accountability for schedule, budget, field coordination, procurement, and client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection scopes, manage RFIs and change orders, and collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and owners to deliver projects on time and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Strong commercial mechanical/MEP construction background.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and/or fire protection.
• Familiarity with FAR contracting requirements is a plus.
• Construction management software experience; Autodesk Build or similar preferred.
• Strong project financials, leadership, and client communication skills.
