Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on large-scale data center and mission-critical builds in Chicago. You will coordinate with design partners, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver complex systems safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as MEP Project Manager on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and specialty systems.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead coordination meetings.

Position Overview

The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP systems from preconstruction through project completion. This role works closely with project executives, field teams, design partners, and specialty contractors to ensure systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
