Job summary

Haley Ward, Inc. is looking for a MEP Project Engineer/Manager for our Bangor, ME office. In this role, you will oversee project planning, design, and management, ensuring successful project completion while adhering to schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer License, and at least 8 years of experience in managing MEP projects. Join us to make an impact in a collaborative and community-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in the consulting industry developing and managing MEP projects.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project proposal development.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review work of engineers and designers.
• Manage projects, delegating tasks, and engaging in design.

Skills

Proficient in REVIT

Proficient in AutoCAD

Effective manager of people

Communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Professional Engineer License
