Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in the consulting industry developing and managing MEP projects from design through closeout.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project proposal development through planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction.
• Supervising, coordinating, and reviewing work of engineers, technicians, and designers.
• Cultivating personal business relationships and seeking opportunities for cross-selling to enhance client relationships.
