Job summary

Haley and Ward, Inc. is seeking an MEP Project Engineer/Manager for our Portsmouth, NH office. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing projects focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering, specifically in commercial building construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Must have Professional Engineer License.
• Minimum of 8 years in the consulting industry developing and managing MEP projects.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans and specs.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Effective manager of people with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project proposal development and execution.
• Supervise and coordinate work of engineers and technicians.
• Design projects from concept to substantial completion.
• Prepare agreements and monitor financial performance.
• Cultivate client relationships and seek opportunities for cross-selling.
