Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an MEP Manager to join our in-person team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-time role involves managing mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of commercial construction experience and a strong background in managing sophisticated mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects. Proficiency in scheduling, budget management, and relationship management with project stakeholders is essential. We offer a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Extensive management experience in data centers and complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to develop scopes, manage budgets, and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical construction activities.
• Oversee contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Lead the MEP team from groundbreaking to project completion.
• Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders.
