Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards.
• Assist bidding mechanical and electrical trades.
• Ensure required documentation is filed.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations.
• Develop and manage MEP critical path schedule.
• Update project schedule and overall logistics.
• Coordinate and track critical path construction and startup activities.
• Review mechanical and electrical submittals.
• Track and coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Provide conflict resolution for MEP issues.
• Support quality control of MEP systems.
• Assist startup and pretesting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinate and support third-party commissioning.
• Manage commissioning documentation.
• Assist in closeout process.
