Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our MEP Building Technology team on a Franklin Furnace, OH project. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes on-site trade coordination, material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, plus active collaboration with field supervision to deliver a successful project.

The qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of equivalent experience, strong communication and time management skills, and

Strong communication and time management skills; able to work in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
Ability to perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys.
