Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our MEP Building Technology team on our Franklin Furnace, OH project. This is a full-time, in-person position.

You will coordinate on-site trades, manage material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, and interact with field supervision to keep costs and design issues under control. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of related experience, strong communication and time management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• On-site trade coordination and management.
• Coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Interact with field supervision; manage cost and design issues (change orders, RFI’s, document updates).
• Read and interpret Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
