Job summary

SE&M Mechanical & Plumbing Construction Division is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in safety, quality, and efficiency across assigned Mechanical & Plumbing Construction Division projects. You will assist with procurement and subcontracts to meet specifications, conduct QC walk-downs, and forecast costs and manpower.

You will coordinate with the PM, attend weekly manpower meetings, manage submittals and change orders, track rental equipment, and maintain project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in safety, quality and efficiency for Mechanical & Plumbing projects.
• Assist with procurement of materials, equipment and subcontracts to meet specs.
• Conduct quality control walk-downs and safety audits on projects.
• Forecast project costs and manpower with Project Manager.
• Attend weekly manpower meetings to discuss needs and forecasting.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, correspondence and change orders.
• Coordinate and track rental equipment on job sites.
• Maintain project records and ensure documentation.
• Develop positive relationships while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to field teams.
• Attend job-site meetings and enforce safety guidelines.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, subs and vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments and divisions.
