Haley Ward, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer/Manager for its Portsmouth, NH office. You will plan, organize, design and control project activities to meet schedules and budgets, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for commercial buildings.

The role requires a PE license and 8+ years in consulting, with strong REVIT/AutoCAD and energy-modeling skills. Excellent leadership and client-relations abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 8 years in consulting developing and managing MEP projects.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Trane Trace 3D Plus for energy modeling.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development through planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and designers.
• Manage projects, oversee tasks, and engage in project design.
• Design projects from concept to substantial completion.
• Promote new business for the company and area of expertise.
• Prepare agreements including scope, schedule, and fees; monitor finances.
• Cultivate client relationships for cross-selling.
