Mortenson is seeking a MEP Project Engineer I in Albuquerque, NM, to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) field coordination. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with a minimum of one year of construction experience.

Key responsibilities include interpreting project plans, managing testing processes, and maintaining project schedules. The position offers a base pay range of $84,100 - $113,500 and includes significant medical benefits, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of construction experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
• Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Develop and maintain Material Tracking List, Project Test and Inspection Listing.
• Manage all aspects of testing and inspection processes for the construction quality management program.
