Qualifications

• Minimum three years construction experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage field coordination issues with project team members.
• Develop and maintain Material Tracking List and Project Test and Inspection Listing.
• Lead and direct the 3-D coordination process to resolve conflicts before installation.
• Manage submittals and coordinate subcontractor details.
