We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to contribute to our MEP team designing HVAC, plumbing and related systems, learning from seasoned engineers, and advancing through Blueprint, our early career leadership program. You’ll develop drawings, perform load calculations, and work with a multidisciplinary team on diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in AEC/MEP consulting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT, familiarity with Navisworks.
• Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals, building codes, and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, layout, and modeling of HVAC, hydronic systems, and plumbing.
• Develop construction drawings and documentation using REVIT/AutoCAD.
• Perform engineering calculations and system sizing under supervision.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
• Support cost estimates, site visits, and project deliverables.
• Apply relevant codes and standards and participate in design discussions.
