Sundt Construction is seeking an MEP Manager to lead coordination and management of MEP trades on major projects. This role collaborates with the project team to ensure successful completion of all MEP work and deliverables.

The candidate will develop CPM schedules, manage subcontractors, review drawings and contracts, and contribute to commissioning and start-up plans. Knowledge of LEED and building codes is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Construction/MEP Coordination; PM/Superintendent experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Experience managing project teams in a construction environment.
• Experience with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors.
• Extensive understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Green Building Codes.
• Strong LEED knowledge related to commissioning credits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed CPM schedules for all MEP activities, including cost and resource loading.
• Review subcontractor installations; identify deficiencies and resolve issues with the team.
• Coordinate materials procurement and reporting with MEP Specialist and Project Team.
• Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction; suggest changes to documents.
• Plan start-up and commissioning strategies with the team.
• Lead MEP subcontractors from groundbreaking to turnover.
• Provide constructability reviews and warranty support.
