ESFM USA is hiring a Maintenance Technician - MEP for a full-time role in Salt Lake City, UT. The position requires a strong background in facility maintenance, with leadership on projects and adherence to safety standards.

The incumbent will perform skilled maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, supervise a crew, and support preventive maintenance programs. The role includes on-site duties and varied hours, with excellent benefits for associates.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.
• Master license in one trade or Journeyman Electrical License or EPA certification in Refrigerant, or Journeyman Plumber License, etc.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assists in making decisions on repairs and reports major problems to supervision.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits complex instructions verbally and in writing.
• Teaches advanced maintenance skills to other department members.
• Maintains logs, rounds and completes work orders, tests and inspections.
